QUENTIN’S STORY
Mine is a story of resilience, perseverance, and ultimately—purpose.
I was born in South Korea and, after losing both of my parents, was adopted to the United States at the age of six. From an early age, I learned that life isn’t always fair—but effort is always within your control.
I wasn’t the biggest, fastest, or most naturally gifted. But I discovered something more powerful: grit.
And grit became my edge.
That same mindset has allowed me to build a life I’m deeply grateful for. I have an incredible wife—way out of my league—and two amazing kids who are now beginning to write their own stories.
I believe life is lived in seasons. Every win and every loss is preparing you—if you’re open to it—for what comes next.

The Operator Mindset
For over 30 years, I didn’t realize it—but at my core, I’m an educator, a builder, and a connector.
I started my career at Accenture (back when it was Andersen Consulting), where I spent 12 years learning how businesses actually work. That experience shaped everything for me.
I learned:

Technology should drive efficiency and revenue
That way of thinking became my foundation. It’s how I see the world.

From Consultant to Owner
When my son Dylan was born, priorities shifted.
I walked away from the road-warrior consulting life and went all-in on entrepreneurship.
For the next 13 years, we built a consumer packaged goods logistics and distribution company serving some of the largest retailers in America.
There is no better education than being an operator.
Using the same principles I learned in consulting, we scaled that business 6X and successfully exited.
I thought I was retired.

Then Came COVID
And with it—restlessness.
I needed something new to learn, build, and master. That search led me into the world of co-living and real estate investing.

Finding My Niche
Over the past 5+ years and 10,000+ hours, I’ve gone deep into the co-living space—specifically shared housing through the PadSplit ecosystem.
What I found was a powerful intersection:

Hospitality

And most importantly—opportunity
Real estate has always been a pathway to generational wealth.
But co-living? That’s where operators win.
No one is born into this niche.
You earn it through execution.
What I’ve Learned

My Conviction
