QUENTIN'S STORY

I didn't know it, but I've spent the last 30 years preparing for this season of my life. 12 years Consulting for several of the the largest utility companies in the US, 13 years owning and operating my own Distribution company and our customers were the largest Retail grocers in America.  These past 5 Years, have been the most interesting.  I fell in love with the world and ecosystem of Real Estate.  I've learned from a variety of amazing characters and  mentors who taught me their areas of expertise in the most generous and selfless ways.  From the complexities of Property Acquisition,  the anxieties of Property Renovation, to the  significant  importance of Real Estate Financing.  All of these are simply Skills that improve with reps, but what I was most drawn to was the Nuance of the Revenue Operations of a CoLiving Property.  The Riches are truly in the Niches. 

I've worked with hundreds of different CoLiving Investors and left with the understanding of How Early we are in this Niche.  We truly have the ability to impact the direction of CoLiving Operations.  I have Strong Convictions that Hospitality, Community and CoLiving  have a positive impact on the RevOps of a Coliving Property.  I believe the educated and motivated Entrepreneur is the key to evolving and defining this new market segment.  Investors can Do Better Financially and Provide a Better Solution to the  affordable housing problem.  Successful Businesses operate with a Framework- ours is simple: Marketing->Sales->Customer Service.  Ideas are Great but Execution is Everything.  What Systems are you implementing to deliver your BRAND?
